strangulated incisional hernia-the loss of the domain!!!!!!!!!

This photograph is of a 50 + woman with a huge incisional hernia obviously with loss of domain.to worsen things it was strangulated.emergency laparotomy revealed gangrene of small bowel.resection and anastamosis done.
